Stonemark to Manage Three Columbia Apartment Communities

Stonemark Management has been selected to manage three apartment communities totaling 434 units in and around Columbia, SC. DSP Real Estate Capital recently acquired Three Rivers, Farrington, and Fountains of Edenwood apartments and chose Stonemark to manage them.

“These communities are excellent additions to our South Carolina portfolio,” said Stonemark Regional Manager Jessica Weathers. “We know our hands-on management experience and creative activities to engage residents will help them thrive.”

All three pet-friendly communities offer spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with patios or balconies and large closets. Amenities include pools with sundecks, clubhouses, grilling and picnic areas, clothes care facilities and onsite management. All are located near the interstates with easy access to the University of South Carolina, as well as entertainment and employment centers.
